1. Download the zipped file.
2. Unzip the downloaded file.
3. Open the file in
   • iTunes
   • You will need the latest version of iTunes installed on your machine (PC or Mac). You can download it for free from Apple's iTunes Download Page.
   • By default, the .m4v file should open in iTunes
   • If it does not automatically open in iTunes, open iTunes, then from the File menu select Import. Select the .m4v file and click the Import button.
   • After it opens in iTunes, you may see the video play in a thumbnail. Click on it once to view a larger image.

• QuickTime Player
  • You will need the latest version if QuickTime Player installed on your machine.
  • You can download it for free from Apple's QuickTime Download Page.
  • By default, the .mov file should open in QuickTime Player.
  • If it does not automatically open in QuickTime Player, open QuickTime Player.
  • From the File menu, select Open File... .
  • On Windows, make sure that you have All Files selected under the "Files of type" so that you can see the .mov or .m4v file.
  • Navigate to and select the .mov or .m4v file and click the Open button.
  • When the new window pops up, click the play button in order to watch the video.
