Credit Card – (Automatic) – This is the fastest, and most efficient payment option. After completing the online order form, your credit card transaction is processed automatically, protected by secure online technology.

Credit Card – (Manual) – This payment option allows you to enter your entire order online, without revealing your credit card number. After completing your order, call us at 800.540.2304 and give us your credit card number and expiration date directly. Your card will then be processed manually. You may also fax your credit card number and expiration date to our toll free fax 800.637.4201.

Check/Money Order – This option allows you to enter your entire order and then mail us a check or money order. Upon receiving your check or money order we will then ship your order. Please mail your check or money order to:
