| Online ordering from Out of the Box
Publishing is quick, simple and secure. Products can
be added to your shopping cart from the Product
Showcase pages or from the OTB
Online Store.
It is not necessary to read these
instructions to order online. However, if you
are new to online ordering, or if you are having difficulties
placing your order, please review these ordering instructions
for more information.
Step 1 – Add Products to Your Shopping
Cart
To order from the Product Showcase, select the product
you would like to purchase from the selection table.
Each product has a "Product Overview" page
which includes a "BUY NOW" area in the upper
right corner of the screen:

Anytime you see a "BUY NOW"
link on a product page, clicking on it will take you
to a shopping cart entry form like the one shown above.
Simply enter the quantity you want to order and click
on the "Add to Cart" button.
If you are already familiar with our products, you
can use the Express Order Form
found on the OTB Online Store
page. The Express Order Form
includes all of our products and makes it quick and
easy to add multiple products to your shopping cart.
Step 2 – View Your Shopping Cart
Each time you add products to your shopping cart,
you will see a screen like this:

From this screen you can click [Check
Out] to proceed to the next step in the ordering
process, [Empty Cart]
to remove all items from your shopping cart, or [Continue
Shopping] to add more products to your shopping
cart.
Step 3 – Enter Your Billing, Shipping
and Payment Information
To correctly process your order you are required
to complete all fields highlighted in bold:
If your shipping information is
the same as your billing information, simply check
the box [Shipping info
same as billing] and proceed
to Payment Information. If you want to send
your order to a location other than your billing address,
enter the correct shipping information.
If you selected Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American
Express, you will need to enter your credit card
# and expiration date. You
will have the option to change or cancel your order
in the next step.
Note: When entering
the credit card number, do not enter
dashes between the numbers this will
prevent proper authorization.
Note: The expiration
date must be in the format of (mo/yr). Use 2 digits
for the month before the slash mark and 2 digits
for the year, after the slash mark.
- Example of correct expiration entry: 03/01
- Examples of incorrect expiration entries:
0301/, /0301, 03/01

To proceed to the next step in the order process,
click [Choose Shipping Method].
To exit the shopping cart click [Empty
Cart], and then [Continue
Shopping].

Step 4 Review Your Order and Choose
a Shipping Method
This screen displays all of your billing and shipping
information. If any of the information is not correct
at this point, use the [Back]
button on your web browser and enter the correct information.
Below the billing and shipping information, a table
displays the shipping, tax and total charges for
all available shipping options. Choose the shipping
method that most closely fits your needs. Note:
UPS does not make deliveries to PO Boxes. For more detailed
shipping information, please refer to Shipping
Options for Online Orders.

If you are satisfied with your order, click on the
[Purchase Now] button.
To exit the shopping cart click [Empty
Cart], and then [Continue
Shopping].
Step 5 Your Order Confirmation
This screen displays your order number. If you selected
either of the following the payment methods: "Check/Money
order" or "Call for Credit card", you should print
this order confirmation page. It has the mailing address
for Out of the Box Publishing, and our toll free number
so you can easily call in your credit card number.

If the order confirmation
page displays an error message regarding your credit
card, please do not re-enter your order. We
will try to process your credit card manually first.
If that fails, then we will call or email you to inform
you that we are having problems processing your credit
card.
Step 6 Email Notifications
If you correctly entered your email address, you
will automatically receive the following email notifications:
- Order Confirmation –
This email is sent from our shopping cart program.
It includes your order number, billing & shipping
information, all items ordered and a total cost.
Simply print out the email order confirmation if
you want a receipt.
- Shipping Confirmation
– You will receive an email confirmation
the evening of the date your order shipped. The
shipping method and package tracking information
will be provided in the email with links for UPS,
USPS, or FedEx shipment tracking.
If you selected USPS Priority mail you should expect
to see your order in 2 - 3 business days from the
day we shipped it. If you do not receive your priority
mail package with in 5 business days, please contact
us via email at sales@otb-games.com
or via phone at 800-540-2304 and we will try to locate
your package.
