APPLES to APPLES 2006 National Champion Crowned!

Columbus, Ohio. Origins Convention July 1, 2006: Over 70 Apples to Apples fanatics gathered in Ohio to be a part of the 2nd National Apples to Apples Championship event.

Hosted at Origins, one of the largest gaming conventions in the country, the National Championship is the only time Out of the Box Publishing recognizes a player as the Apples to Apples National Champion.

Saturday was the day of the Apples to Apples Championships. Several tables of players squared off, all with the dual goal of winning one of the top three trophies and of having the most fun. Everyone involved achieved the second goal, but it was Kylen Franz alone who could hold that large trophy up high at the end of the day.
