You are correct about the rule: when
the balloon crashes each player adds one new
card to his or her hand. If the number of cards in a
player’s hand gets down to two or three,
that player will not likely be able to make the
balloon rise-when it crashes each player adds a
card to his or her hand. The changing number of
cards changes the odds of a player having the required
combination to make the balloon rise. Even if players
run out of cards, they are still in the game-it’s
just a temporary situation. |
